What exactly is a Porch Premiere?

Porch Premiere is a personalized outdoor design reveal experience. After learning about your home, your goals, and your neighborhood, I transform your front lawn into a private design gallery where your custom porch concept is unveiled through renderings, inspiration, and storytelling. It's part design presentation, part celebration of your home's future.

Is this a consultation?

No.

A traditional consultation usually focuses on measurements, estimates, and construction logistics.

Porch Premiere is a curated design experience that helps you envision what's possible before making decisions about a build.

Do I have to hire Afro Luxury ATL afterward?

No.

You'll leave with a custom vision for your home regardless of who completes the project. If you decide to move forward with Afro Luxury ATL, we'll discuss the next steps together.

How long does the experience last?

Most Porch Premiere experiences last about 60–90 minutes, depending on the conversation and any questions you have.

What if I don't currently have a porch?

That's perfectly okay.

Many of the homes I work with have no porch at all or have one that no longer serves the family well. Porch Premiere is about discovering what's possible for your home.

Can my family attend?

Absolutely.

I encourage spouses, children, or anyone involved in decisions about the home to join the experience.

Will you research my neighborhood?

Yes.

One of the things that makes Porch Premiere different is that I look beyond the house itself. Whenever possible, I research the history of your neighborhood, architectural character, and the story that gives your home its context.

Is the $297 applied toward a future project?

If you decide to move forward with an Afro Luxury ATL porch transformation, the Porch Premiere fee is applied toward your project.
